Spike - urgent foster or adoption

Spike is a 6 yr old toy poodle. He has a gentle temperament and gets along with people, dogs and cats. Spike was severely neglected, and in his dental he unfortunately had to have all except one tooth extracted. He’s had a tough past with breeders, but that’s behind him now. He’s also been neutered now. Spike is looking for a foster or adopter.
