Snowball (Snowy) URGENT FOSTER NEEDED!!!!

Little Snowball was dumped in Abu Dhabi when barely a few weeks old. Thanks to an emergency foster angel, he has grown into a friendly and fun little chap who has experience living alongside kind and gentle children, but needs a forever home to call his own. He is not yet neutered just due to being too young and light, but this will be done as soon as he's ready! NEEDS A NEW FOSTER HOME ASAP!
