FOSTER ME! Or Adopt me. My name is Shirley Valentine, and I was found close to farm when pregnant. Picks of my kids on here also. I'm looking to move off the farm now and get a forever or foster home. I need a few bits doing to get me back into shape and make sure I have no more kids.
